Our 12-people R&D team uses a 3D sampling room to speed up product development and reduce costs. Customers receive a 360-degree preview from 2D sketches, with online samples ready in 5 days and reference samples in 15 days, greatly improving efficiency.
We strictly control our raw materials, requiring suppliers to have Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and ISO 9001 certifications, RDS certification for down, and BCI certification for cotton. We also send materials and finished garments to SGS for inspection and testing, ensuring they meet all standards before use.
Before production, we rigorously test each fabric batch with advanced equipment to ensure product quality.
We ensure our supply chain meets environmental standards, implement strict waste management and recycling programs, and optimize cutting processes to minimize fabric waste. We use eco-friendly fabrics and enhance the durability of our outdoor apparel to extend product lifecycles and reduce resource consumption.
After rigorous raw material testing, we hold a pre-production meeting to discuss all the details and processes of the product. Following this, we move into the production phase. The first step is cutting, after which the fabric enters the sewing workshop for stitching. The finished garment will be inspected, then proceed to the cleaning and ironing stage.
Afterward, we conduct a QC inspection, packaging, and needle detection inspection. Finally, the product is stored in the finished goods warehouse, ready for shipping.
